Manufacturing Security Operations Generalist will focus on delivering the security strategy and industry best practices at the Dearborn Truck Plant.

  • Provide on-site support to the manufacturing team, assisting with security and fire operations for the plant to include staffing requirements, access control, CCTV monitoring, fire inspections, and emergency support.
  • Assist with special projects and security initiatives, including GAO audits, AON fire inspection audits, daily plant walks, etc.
  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day security operations, including contract security personnel. Identify and escalate performance issues.
  • Ensure monthly fire tasks are completed and documented by contract security personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with the MCRP for security and fire related requirements.
  • Enforce Security and Fire manual, bulletins, and protocols to ensure compliance.
  • May perform the role of Incident Commander for emergencies.
  • Respond to emergency incidents to include medical, behavioral, fire, trespassing, accidents, suspicious activity, thefts, etc. Escalate appropriately to the Supervisor and/or Regional Security Manager.
  • Enhance emergency response capabilities by utilizing incident response tools and through the deployment of emergency response equipment for the company or local municipalities.
  • Assist in coordinating security for VIP visits.
  • Assist with investigations, escalating to the Supervisor and/or Regional Security Manager and Global Investigations, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with People Matters, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Safety representatives as necessary to discuss and resolve workplace issues.
  • Identify and escalate physical security gaps through proactive security initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal skill teams to ensure unified alignment with all security and fire related matters.
  • Collaborate with appropriate internal Ford skill teams and external work partners to plan for and provide security coverage for special events, as directed.
  • Protect company classified information with confidentiality.

  • You will leverage your in-depth Federal Sales background to lead sales strategies to meet revenue goals within Federal Intelligence Agencies especially the CIA, NRO, NGA.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of Federal Sales experience within Intelligence community.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of Federal procurement programs and driving strategies in the capture and pursuit of opportunities within the Federal Government and Federal Systems Integrators.
  • Demonstrated experience strategically selling into US Federal accounts, Federal Systems Integrators, and Managed Service Providers.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead both internal cross functional teams within Engineering, Legal, Marketing and external partners.
  • Proven navigation of End User requirements definition through the contracting and resale processes is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of networking (Route, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV,), data center, and/or network automation solutions are prerequisites.
  • Demonstrated people skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of building business plans, documenting the processes, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Travel to our customers and partners by air and land is part of the role and is required.
  • Customer base requires US Citizenship, background checks, potential clearance processes, etc.
