  • Lead and expand a high performing QA Engineering teams responsible for Cloud NGFW, Public Cloud Integration & SWFW in general
  • Define and drive the execution plan for quality delivery
  • Provide Thorough Technical Leadership in the areas of Cloud Based Orchestration, Cloud delivered Security as Service, Cloud Networking and Automation Design
  • Operate with an Automation first mindset and drive innovation in test design, automation and framework to achieve the same
  • Participate in system design so that Quality Assurance is considered throughout the entire lifecycle of the SWFW (Cloud NGFW & VM/CN) product Development
  • Develop and/or Enhance Automated test Infrastructure to enable building Scalable & Flexible tests that reflect real world network deployment scenarios
  • Enhance Test strategies, Automation & Build infrastructure to deliver a high Quality Product/Cloud service to meet Enterprise Standards and Expectations
  • Partner closely with Product Management to help identify and drive customer outcomes
  • Partner with Cloud Technology vendors in defining strategic outcomes for NextGen products
  • Ability to manage highly visible projects effectively across multiple geographic locations
  • Create best practices and metrics that will drive success for the team

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of software QA experience in Cybersecurity, Networking and Cloud technologies
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading teams of SDETs working on Enterprise class Cloud delivered Network or Security Services, Infrastructure products across geographies
  • Experience in end to end qualification and delivery of Network/Cloud SaaS through CI-CD across various cloud providers
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An elevated sense of ownership and focus on driving business value - A leadership style focused on building relationships, establishing trust with diverse colleagues, executive stakeholders, and business partners
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep expertise in computer science and an insatiable curiosity to keep learning - Ability to guide the team in making informed, well-analyzed, prudent, and practical technical decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Public Cloud Infrastructure and Networking - Hands-on experience in cloud orchestration and networking in AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI would be a plus
  • Experience/Expertise with designing and implementing automation frameworks for microservices based applications or Network Security solutions

  • Support, qualify requirements, and ensure integration of Unit 42’s Planview instance with various internal and external platforms collaborating with, and providing direction and scope to, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Create customized reports, views, custom fields, etc. in Unit 42’s reporting platforms and train stakeholders
  • Maintain accuracy of project data by creating and performing validation processes and gaining deep knowledge of Unit 42’s Planview instance
  • Document existing and new workflows, including updating configuration changes and provide knowledge transfer to teams
  • Design, develop, and maintain system configuration and integration tools for Consulting teams at the direction of Unit 42 leadership
  • Collaborate with Unit 42’s Business Operations team, leadership team and cross functional stakeholders on a consistent basis
  • Use existing platforms to develop dashboards, custom workflows, actions, and forms
  • Harden Unit 42’s existing automation interface and support API integrations with systems like SFDC and SAP
  • Create technical specifications and collaborate with the IT team on multiple system integrations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education or equivalent military experience required
  • 3+ years of Project/Product Management experience required
  • Proficient with Planview Adaptivework scripting language or similar PS Automation tools including configuration and customization
  • Working knowledge of HTML, SQL, REST APIs, CSS and JavaScript
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLookup functions
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects with competing deadlines, and effectively problem-solve
  • Ability to coordinate and productively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders demonstrated through written and verbal communication
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent multitasking ability and quick adaptation to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting software, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) competence
  • Experience with Google Workspace, SalesForce, LucidChart and SAP a plus
  • Analyst background and experience is advantageous
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced security firm environment

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $140000 - $192500/YR.   • Act as key business partner to US Senior VP and Regional Management Team interfacing cross-functionally in the organization
  • Drive forecasting, deal structuring and participate in a month-end and quarter-end close process
  • Set up cadences and inspection of quarterly targets and forecasts for the overall SLED US Sales teams
  • Optimize forecast accuracy by driving discipline with pipeline hygiene and forecast management
  • Facilitate tracking of outstanding purchase orders, ensuring order compliance, bookings reports, etc
  • Manage compliance of the non-standard transactions process - track quarterly metrics on average discounts, non-standard exceptions and recommend action items to improve these metrics
  • Drive Sales Operations Planning, Quarterly Business Review meetings and Territory Planning with Sales Management Team
  • Run data analytics and partner with the strategy to assess the total addressable commercial market, product propensity to buy and optimize territory coverage - Use this to develop SLED bundles for Enterprise, Majors customers, in collaboration with marketing, partners and the renewals team
  • Work closely with functional and sales management on GTM segmentation and coverage strategy implementation
  • Provide analysis and reporting of compensation plan effectiveness and efficiency, including performance reporting at the individual, manager, and regional levels - Compile, assess and report on performance and earnings distributions
  • Drive standards in territory planning with SLED sales and partners
  • Develop a repeatable motion for account planning, lead generation and pipeline development, whereby sellers prioritize their top whitespace accounts, with sellers handing off other accounts to partners.
  • Manage all aspects of Operations, Tools, Dashboards and Reporting for the US SLED sector
  • Support process enhancements, modifications and best practices development
  • Assist in driving field readiness for new sales hires and ongoing sales processes training
  • Track and manage pipe generation across the direct field, partner and support functions
  • Set up and manage sales play programs to drive pipe generation and optimize deals across whitespace accounts, underpenetrated accounts and renewing customers
  • Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization and field acceleration (sales enablement tools, process, and programs)
  • Coordinate activities and priorities of enablement functions to improve alignment to sales strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in a Sales Operations Senior Manager role is required with prior experience as business partner to sales and partner leadership (SVP/GM level)
  • Deep experience working with Salesforce CRM, data analytics and annual planning tools with hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, and statistical modeling
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to create initiatives, plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels, across numerous cross-functional stakeholders
  • A mission-driven, team player approach and a desire to make an impact and difference - Strong organizational skills, self-starter, and can quickly identify and resolve inefficiencies across the business
  • Well experienced in a Sales Operations/Finance environment - Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Experience supporting State and Local Gov and Education Customers is a plus

Compensation Disclosure
