• Preparation process for the company’s quarterly and annual income tax accrual under ASC 740 with the assistance of our external tax advisors
• Income tax related disclosures in our 10K, 10Q, and non-GAAP reporting
• Federal, state, and international income tax return compliance process
• Managing the relationship with our external auditors
• Review or prepare tax workpapers
• Automate and streamline our tax reporting and compliance processes
• Cash tax and income tax expense forecasting process
• SOX compliance through documentation and timely performance of controls
• Tax modeling and other special projects
• Diligence and tax accounting related to acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations
• Resolving tax controversy matters

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of combined public accounting and/or industry experience in tax
• CPA license (or equivalent license)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, including experience with tax rate forecasting/modeling, maintaining inventory of deferreds, valuation allowance analysis, FIN 48, and tax footnote disclosures.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and international income tax concepts
• Proficient with Google workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

• Master’s in Taxation
• Public company and Tech/SaaS experience
• Big 4 accounting firm experience
• OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax experience

• Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. • The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between: $89,000—$133,000 USD
• The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $99,000—$149,000 USD
