Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Sr. Director Marketing Ops, Analytics & Digital Marketing, guiding a global business analytics strategy that aligns with Sysdig’s goals, with a focus on creating growth, innovation, and operational efficiency
  • Guide a global business analytics strategy that aligns with Sysdig’s goals, with a focus on creating growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams and executives to align data projects, presenting insights that influence strategic decisions and foster collaboration across the organization.
  • Analyze and distill insights from data across the customer lifecycle, including marketing investment and outcomes, pipeline generation and progression, bookings and performance data, and customer retention and health
  • Lead the development of applicable insights into performance, customer behavior, and emerging market trends, ensuring inclusivity in data interpretation.
  • Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making, empowering teams with accessible tools and promoting an environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
  • Oversee the development of BI tools and dashboards that ensure real-time, decentralized access to performance metrics and insights, promoting transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Build a scalable, secure, and inclusive data platform that meets the diverse needs of Sysdig’s operations.
  • Lead a, diverse team. Foster an inclusive culture that promotes growth, collaboration, and progress.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics and data engineering in the startup space.
  • Proficiency with SQL, related analytical programming languages, and experience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI and Snowflake)
  • Experience managing a data platform and data pipelines
  • Experience working with executive and board level reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collaboration and an ability to navigate between higher order business context and technical solutions
  • Analytical mindset with experience solving diverse and complex data problems
  • Lead a team that embraces diverse perspectives, nurturing openness and growth through collaboration.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between USD 167000 and 209000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited your work location, job-related experience and education.
